Business Development Manager – Commercial Cleaning

A well-established commercial cleaning provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow its client base across London and the South East. This role focuses on securing new cleaning contracts with businesses in sectors such as corporate, healthcare, education, and retail.
The Role:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within commercial cleaning
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to tender submission and contract close
- Build relationships with facilities managers, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure service proposals are tailored and competitive
- Report on sales activity and pipeline progress to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning
- Track record of winning medium to large cleaning contracts
- Good understanding of the tendering process
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Based in London or nearby, with flexibility to travel
