A growing company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to increase market share in Great Britain, with a focus on mechanical and main contractors. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and develop strong client relationships within the GB construction sector.

  • Promote mechanical ventilation systems and related technical products.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Essential Criteria

  • 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within the mechanical or construction industry.

  • Understanding of HVAC/ventilation systems or mechanical engineering concepts.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage long-term client accounts.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.

  • Full, clean UK driving license with willingness to travel frequently.

Desirable Criteria

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience selling HVAC or mechanical ventilation products.

  • Knowledge of the UK construction sector and relevant building regulations
