Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Manchester Office (1 day per week in office; remainder on site visiting clients)
Salary: £30k – £50k plus commission
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. Based in our Manchester office, you’ll spend one day a week at the office and the remainder on-site visiting clients. Your focus will be on driving sales growth in the racking, and mezzanine sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence in racking, warehouse storage, and mezzanine solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop competitive proposals and close deals effectively.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience within the racking, or mezzanine industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
