Salary: Basic £30,000 – £40,000 additional £20,000 – £30,000 OTE

Our client, a leading provider of commercial blinds, is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate new business and expand their client base within the facilities management sector.

The Role
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and engage Facilities Management companies and decision-makers
- Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and follow-ups
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
What You Need
- Minimum three years of phone-based sales experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or lead generation
- Strong ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone
- Confidence in selling services into the facilities management sector
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a high-performance sales environment
