About the Role 
 
We are looking for Bid Manager with experience preferably in the demolition industry, as well as related sectors including asbestos and remediation contracts. This role has the potential to progress to a more senior position in the company’s commercial team in the future. 
 
• Assisting preparation of tender submissions and contract documents for financial and commercial presentation 
• Researching Best Practice, latest guidance, standards and current legislation relevant to specific tender responses.  
• Referencing relevant company policies and processes to support successful tender responses, or contract awards.  
• Highlighting any required updates of how company policy based on contract expectation.  
• Seeking feedback, involvement and engagement of relevant team members to tailor our response.  
• Editing response documentation in keeping with Tender requirements.  
• Any other tasks the Team Manager sees fit within keeping of the business.  
 
About the Candidate 
 
• Previous bid and tender experience in the demolition market 
• Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in English 
• Computer literacy in MS Office
