About the Role

• Inspecting finished products to meet exact measurements and standards.
• Rectifying defects or inconsistencies.
• Operating woodworking machinery, such as saws, planers, and CNC equipment.
• Manufacturing custom wooden items such as doors, windows, staircases, and cabinetry.
• Assembling components following detailed technical drawings or design specifications.

About the Candidate

• Excellent joinery experience
• Ability to work with high-end materials to construct furniture and other bespoke products
• Experience in a wood workshop is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Ability to measure accurately
• Must be tidy and organised and keep work area well maintained
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
