About the Role

An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join a fast-growing business in the renewable energy sector. This role is focused on expanding market presence and driving sales growth in solar and battery storage solutions, working directly with installers and distributors across your designated region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with solar and battery storage installers and distributors

• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers

• Represent the full portfolio of solar PV and battery energy storage systems

• Provide product knowledge, training, and technical support to clients as required

• Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity

• Collaborate closely with internal sales, logistics, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the solar PV and/or battery storage sector

• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends

• Existing network of contacts within the installer or distribution market is highly desirable

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Results-driven with the ability to work independently

• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
